E-Tailing Moving In The Right Direction

from the as-if-anyone-cares-any-more dept

Not that anyone pays any attention to what’s happening in the “etail” sector any more, but a recent study suggests that the two or three surviving etail companies might be moving in the right direction. They also say that the cost of acquiring customers is beginning to drop (suggesting that, one day, an etail site might actually make money off of a customer – which is quite a new concept).
