Does Place Matter?

An opinion piece which sounds fairly familiar. The writer talks about all the talk concerning whether or not “place” matters in the internet age and says that it does. Brilliant insight. I think most people realized this years ago when we realized how much we were paying in rent to be in Silicon Valley – and stayed here. But, it’s okay to rehash old ideas. We’re all for it here at Techdirt. So remember, place matters. We’ll keep it in mind.
