Microsoft Is All Talk On Hailstorm

from the prove-it dept

An interesting article in Forbes suggesting that there’s a lot more hype than substance when it comes to Microsoft’s HailStorm. They point out that the descriptions are vague and there’s no clear or compelling reason why consumers who hate to pay for anything online are suddenly going to be willing to pay for everything online – especially when the bill comes from Microsoft. The article suggests that it’s typical Microsoft arrogance that just assumes they’ll dominate the web because they are Microsoft.
