An article in USA Today talks about the troubles some dot coms are having where they have many family members working together. Suddenly people are having to demote their parents and layoff spouses. Family reunions turn into business meetings and the stress seems to be hurting just about everyone. It always seems like a very difficult thing to hire family members because you simply have a very different relationship with them.
