Popular Power not so Popular

I know it’s not exciting anymore to see yet another company fold, but distributed computing is one of my pet trends, so I’ll post this one. Popular Power shut down after receiving its seed round, but never making it to first round funding. There are a host of distributed computing companies founded, but none of them have made me donate my spare ticks yet. I still crunch rc-5 keys for distributed.net.
