AOL-Time Warner Has A Compatibility Crisis

A very interesting article suggesting that the real challenge to AOL-Time Warner will be connecting all their different IT systems so they can actually figure out what different parts of AOL-Time Warner a single customer uses. They also suggest that Bob Pittman (who’s in charge of all this) knows it, but communicating that to AOL-Time Warner employees may not be so easy.
