Perhaps someone should have told the publishers of Digital Rush that the dot com era was over before they actually went out and published the book. The article pretty much trashes the author for saying things that sound incredibly stupid now (“The time to be part of an online venture is now” ). They also point out that at least one of the companies covered in the book (as a good example of a “flexible” dot com business) is already out of business.
