Macromedia Buys AtomFilms

Macromedia’s Shockwave subsidiary is buying online content site AtomFilms. Considering the number of online entertainment site that have been having trouble surviving, it definitely makes sense for AtomFilms to cozy up with someone who has a lot more money. I do wonder, however, what this means for the other surviving entertainment sites.
