We recently posted a story about how difficult it was to sell cars online, and now here’s some feedback from the former head of Priceline’s car division on why selling cars over Priceline didn’t work. Basically, it seems like an attempt to sell something online where no one really thought out what was going through the consumer’s mind, and how they normally shopped for cars, and why.
