More Evidence Of Filtering Software Not Working

As if this is a big surprise, a new study has shown that many filtering programs don’t really work. The interesting part, however, is that a congressperson who was strongly in favor of filtering discovered his own campaign site was blocked by some of these software products. He has since changes his stance on filtering programs.
