FBI Teaching Computer Ethics?

The FBI has now decided that it’s important for people to teach cyber ethics. Wait a second… Isn’t this the same group that wants to be able to read every email we send? This isn’t exactly the folks I’d trust to be the most “ethical” cyber-citizens out there.
