Competing to Create a Digital School District

The State of Pennsylvania has launched a competition to create an entirely digital school district. The idea is that by setting it up as a competition, they’re more likely to get creative and innovative solutions, rather than the same old thing. I’ll be interested to see what the results are. First, I’d be interested to see who wins, and why. But, more importantly, I’d be interested to see if they can achieve their vision, and whether or not it works.
