SAP and CommerceOne to Merge?

Apparently lots of people are talking about a possible merger between SAP and CommerceOne. Of course, it doesn’t appear to be based on any factual information other than that it might make sense, and the two companies have been working together on a few projects. Still, if it were to happen, it would be a very big deal.
