Infobank is Planning a Raid

Infobank, a British company is planning to set up a US office and compete head to head with Ariba and similar companies offering B2B e-commerce software. It?s a little bit of a surprise that they?re targeting this reasonably crowded market space but with $200 million in financial backing and a cheaper pricing structure it?ll definitely be an interesting test for Ariba.
