The new Saleen S7 super-car was designed almost entirely on the computer and automakers are looking to see how successful that process was. So far, the reviews seem pretty strong. Of course, this isn’t the type of car your average car-buyer is heading out to buy – but I’m still willing to test drive one for a review if Saleen is interested in sending one my way. so...
lots of sports cars get this treatment – the Stewart F1 (now Jaguar) was the F1 car to be fully designed on computer – that was 3 years ago.

Okay. I didn’t know that at all. To be honest, I guess I was a little surprised that other cars hadn’t been designed via computer, but I didn’t know any better and the article made it sound like it was something new. Thanks for bringing more info to the table…
