Toysrus.com to Suspend User Analysis

It seems that Toysrus.com was using some new technology from a partner to track user habits. Two class-action lawsuits stemmed from the use of this technology. Come on folks, do we have to sue every time something like this happens? I’m not in favor of intrusive stuff like this anymore than the next person, but there are better ways to deal with it.
