Passing Virtual Notes

from the make-meetings-fun-again dept

Bored in a meeting? Use your PDA to pass a note to a colleague making fun of your boss. Everyone else is doing it. With all these different gadgets that allow people to communicate quickly to anyone at any time on any device, people who get bored in meetings find other ways to amuse themselves. Sometimes this backfires… One guy accidentally sent a message to a phone in the conference room they were in. Also, people doing presentations have discovered that they forgot to shut off their instant messaging program while giving a presentation (I’ve done this) and had a friend send a less than professional message that appears on a very large screen.
