Retailers Mixed Opinions on Napster

Well, don’t look to music retailers to find out how Napster effects CD sales. None of them seem to agree at all. Some think it’s hurting sales, some think it’s helping. It does, however, seem that all of them are angry about something, whether it’s the RIAA, Napster, or BMG.
