notHarvard.com Sues Harvard
from the publicity-stunt dept
When notHarvard.com first launched, I told a friend, “Just wait until Harvard sues them.” His response: “That’s their plan. Think of the publicity.” Well, apparently, the folks at notHarvard sat around waiting for the lawsuit that never appeard from Harvard, and took matters into their own hands. They’re now suing Harvard instead. Yes, this is one of the stupidest publicity stunts I’ve ever heard of. A quote from a Harvard spokesperson: “They picked our name because it’s famous and then they turn around and sue us — the logic’s not registering yet.”
