New Palm Devices

If you don’t happen to read Slashdot, or didn’t come across this earlier, here are some secret pictures of the new Palm devices. They look funky. Much more colorful. I guess they’re trying to show they can compete with Handspring. They’re also a bit smaller, which is good, but might cramp the screen a little. I still don’t understand why they don’t get rid of the “writing” section of the screen, and just make that “pop up”. That’s an easy way to expand screen real estate.
