According to this report which just came out, Bertelsmann is buying CDNow. This isn’t that big of a surprise, all things considered. We all knew that CDNow was looking for a buyer. The price is about right ($117 million – $3/share) and Bertelsmann certainly makes sense as a buyer. The consolidation continues…
