Cyber Cafes in China Called "Electronic Heroin"

The Chinese are cracking down on cyber cafes which they seem to think are a bad influence on people (as opposed to oppressive governments – which are a great influence). The specifics of the crackdown had to do with a new law that forbids cyber cafes from being near schools.
