Is VC Money Drying Up?

I’ve been wanting to write an article like this one for a while now. This is definitely the first I’ve seen like it. Basically, it says that among Silicon Valley folks not much has changed despite what everyone else seems to be saying. Entrepreneurs are still creating businesses, and VCs are still desperately looking for good plans to fund. The “big changes” that everyone else talks about are either creations of the media, or people who don’t know any better.
