MP3.com to Send Music to Retailers

We all knew that MP3.com was struggling to find a workable business model, but I certainly didn’t expect this. It seems their latest business strategy is to work as a specialty radio piping songs into retail establishments. Yes, that’s right, the bland muzak that plays in the background while you shop. I guess it makes sense, it certainly seems a step away from their business.
