A Filipino student suspected of being involved with the love bug says he’s not sure if he released the love bug or not (he only wrote his thesis proposal on it!). My verdict on this is either, he was on copious amount of drugs during the love bugs release, he wants to get some free publicity or he’s had a large role to play in the love bug’s construction (the latter seems most plausible to me). Regardless of what’s actually the truth, he seems to be in a little bit of trouble right now!
