Not a real big surprise here, but it seems that many dot coms aren’t paying their ad bills. This has been predicted for years, and now it seems to be coming true. However, many companies don’t want to admit they’re being stiffed by dot coms, because they think (probably correctly) it will reflect poorly on the companies for agreeing to the ad deal in the first place.
