Golden Handcuffs Tie Up CEOs

from the keeping-'em-away-from-the-dot-coms dept

As all the dot coms are trying to lure away established company CEO’s, those companies are putting up barriers to protect their chief executives. USA Today has an article that talks about just a few of the golden handcuffs provided to some top company CEOs. While I think it’s important to protect these folks, I’d bet that the dot coms are more than willing to take an exec VP out of these companies anyway. Those people are more “hungry” for a leadership spot anyway.
