AOL and TW are merging

This is a big one. It’s now confirmed that AOL and TW will merge. AOL will exchange 1.5 shares of AOL stock for every one share of TW stock. Hard to believe that a company like AOL is worth more than a company like TW, but it’s true. This is sending the NASDAQ on a much needed swing upward.
