Okay, we’ve already mentioned the Value America collapse a couple of times here on Techdirt, but this article in MSNBC is definitely worth reading in addition to that. It’s a very in depth look at what happened, but places a lot of the blame on the BancBoston underwriters who kept hyping the stock, and explain why the real fraud on Wall Street these days comes from the underwriters. Very interesting stuff.
