Larry Ellison to Sue San Jose

It’s been a while since we’ve heard about Larry Ellison acting silly, but here’s the latest: he’s threatening to sue the city of San Jose because they won’t let him land his jet at night. It sounds as though he’s claiming it’s discrimination against jets (which we all know are protected by the constitution). I think Larry really needs to relax. Why doesn’t he just build his own damn airport?
