Internet Hurting Overnight Deliveries

Interesting little article concerning the effect of the internet on overnight shipping. While there have been plenty of stories about how e-commerce has increased the need for shipping companies, they’re apparently losing out to email when it comes to shipping documents overnight. This is completely understandable, though, and should have been something they predicted. However, sounds like they might not have thought that far through this whole internet thing.
