Selling Iridium Shares on eBay

Why not use eBay as a new stock market? Since Iridium’s shares have been halted in trading, due to their Chapter 11 filing, someone tried to sell shares (at a premium) on eBay. While it’s unclear about the legality of the situation, I’d say that whoever buys them via eBay is probably not a very educated investor. But, then again, maybe they’ll get rich, and I won’t.
