Defining Netiquette

A Canadian Court put a partial definition on “netiquette” by saying it mean spam is bad. Now the debate rages as to whether or not this was okay, or if it sets a precedent or anything. While every time I receive a bill from my lawyer, I remember why I once thought it would be nice to be a lawyer, this type of thing reminds me why it must be dreadful to be a lawyer.
