PlanetRx Raises More Money

PlanetRx just raised an additional $50 million. Not so long ago I would have thought this was a huge round, but it seems to be more and more commonplace these days. It’s also interesting to note that this is not so long after their competitor, Soma.com, was bought outright for $30 million by CVS. Brings a little more weight to the theory that Soma.com was in serious trouble.
