Not a fan of Biden (or previous for that matter) but it's very obvious US needs to beef up our cyber (and not just traditional methods), and Biden creating an urgent need is a good thing (latest events with russia further justifies).
I've read some dumb articles but this takes the cake. Do some more DD before you write nonsense like this.
