    Concerning MOPICS

Here's what I've written in a Federal Complaint I'm currently in the process of drafting, concerning MOPICS (Matters of Public/Political Interest/Concern/Significance: Per the Supreme Court: Constitutional First Amendment Right of Free Speech/Press, in the special circumstance of MOPICS publication, known by such names as the Right to Report, Fair Report Privilege (FRP), Daily Mail Principle (see ¶6(i′) below). “Speech on matters of public concern [MOPICS] is at the heart of the First Amendment’s protection. The First Amendment reflects a profound national commitment to the principle that debate on public issues should be uninhibited, robust, and wide-open. That is because speech concerning public affairs is more than self-expression; it is the essence of self-government. Accordingly, speech on public issues occupies the highest rung of the hierarchy of First Amendment values, and is entitled to special protection.” — Snyder v. Phelps, 562 U.S. 443 (2011) [cleaned up].

    It's not just the VA

This may surprise you (not), but it's all whistleblower-protectors (including the IG) within the VA who are wrongdoers, it's ALL IGs. I know, because I have recent relevant personal experience in the matter, namely, with the "holiest of holies" CIGIE (Council of Inspectors for Integrity and Ethics), totally independent of any Trump-related fiasco. See my Oct 12 letter to CIGIE, which you can find on my webpage https://judicialmisconduct.us/CaseStudies/WETvIBM. Tim Cushing: Please write about the criminal wrongdoing within the federal judiciary I write about on my website! That would make a helluva Techdirt column and discussion.

They're all liars (including Judges and IGs)

"Anonymous Coward, 25 Oct 2019 @ 4:35pm" is right, where he/she writes "Cops lie because politicians lie and everyone in between." The most egregious are the gov't officials who promise/swear (by sacred oath) not to lie, namely Judges and Inspectors General. This is a fight I've been having, and documented in great detail at https://judicialmisconduct.us/CaseStudies/WETvIBM. Nobody I've contacted (in or out of gov't) has yet done the honest/ethical/integral thing: namely, either (i) prove me wrong (about Judges/IGs criminal Obstruction of Justice, etc.); or (ii) whistleblow on those criminal Judges/IGs (i.e., speak up publicly or directly to Congress for example). Sure would be refreshing if somebody would.

Different example of Ill secret recording

FYI: I'm in the process of using a surreptitious recording (of Fed officials, in Ill), in a Federal Judicial Misconduct proceeding of mine. It has some novel twists (federal judicial clerk/employee; cross-state; anonymous because speaker refused to divulge her name). Audio + transcript at http://judicialmisconduct.us/CaseStudies/RYANvUS(ALSCHULERvEASTERBROOK#phonecall).
