The Government is always judge shopping. Does anybody really believe that the judge in the New York Trump case was randomly picked? Or the prosecutor? Of course not, the judge was a Biden donator that also donates to a group called stop the republicans, so most of us knew from the very beginning the were going to have a guilty verdict in that case. Our Justice system is really corrupt right now, especially the three letter agencies. And now I'm afraid, with all of their surveillance powers, it might just be too late to get our country back.
I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 and I've been wanting to leave Samsung for the Google Pixel. I just wish their phones were better quality, especially the battery life. Not sure how they do on the right to repair though either
When 230 was put in place, things like Facebook, Twitter, and Tiktok didn't exist. They didn't know that in the not so distant future, most of the population would be on just a handful of sites getting all their info and news from them and that allows them to control public opinion in a lot of ways such as censoring certain people or a certain side of a political issue. There's been plenty of evidence of this happening and they hide behind section 230. I believe it should still exist, but it definitely needs to be revised imho. There shouldn't be just a handful of people deciding what the public should and shouldn't see.

Techdirt has become so biased
I've always enjoyed reading Techdirt for the most part, but it seems like it's just been getting more and more political and biased lately

It needs an update
