I went to MPAA's website (www.mpaa.org). I wanted to see how the would spin this story. Anyway... I got the following message: The page you are looking for is cannot be found. Please try again later. No I did not miss type that - I cut and pasted it. So 1. why is their site down? and 2. who the heck are they getting to build it?
