That actually happens all the time, outlook autofill. People are in a hurry, type the first couple of letters and don't realize it's not the correct person. Happens all the time.
Of course it's discrimantory, just like on Beweled Blitz, rich people can afford to buy coins and use boosts to get the high score, but others can't afford the coins and have to earn the high scores. Very discriminatory!
That's what I also say when I can't afford something, discrimination!!
Why should companies be forced to delete data they collected on you when you willingly gave them the data in order to use their services?
In some ways, personal data is currency on the web, you want to network using Linked in, you pay with information that Linked in will collect and probably use.
