Cannabis creates problems that have not been addressed by your solution of stopping enforcement.

Your solution to copyright does address the problem of payment to the artists.

Which means that it is the right and pragmatic solution!

I'm not sure how it would harm young artists with the $10,000 cut off.

I think the law violates the idea that copyright should encourage creation of more works. And it violates common sense that once you buy something, it is yours.

I really love this blog, but your literal reading of the nobully site is deceptive. I agree the online bully laws are misguided and broad, but you need to help correct these flaws in the laws instead of just shouting from the stands.

You know these behaviors are meant to be taken as a whole. And exclusion is very damaging to youths.
