  The reason why he is doing this is because he will get the ISP to give out very low price plans to people who can not afford more than 10-20 a month.
  That is how bad American poverty really is.

  School shootings are not increasing if you try to limit what you call a school shooting. But the limits libertarians want are absurd.
  
  The proposed limits would have you exclude incidents where no one who goes to the school is involved but I think parents would disagree with that.
  
  That said what this school did was insane.

  If you don't live in an area where you need a car or cannot afford one people tend to forgo getting ID. Also if you are impoverished you are often forced to move and with that you end up losing your possessions like paper birth certificates and SSN cards.
  I have a middle class family and they lost it on me.
  To get your birth certificate back, especially in large states means a trip to the capital of the city you where born in with some other identification needed.
  There is also a segment of the population that was not born in a hospital and never had birth certificates or they have no living relatives who can help prove their identity.

  Wow they really have no idea how all this stuff works.
  I feel less synical given they seem to lack basic knowledge about the matter.
  
  Perhaps this debate was helpful since it shows us where the NSA has been misleading them.

  I like this but it will lack one thing, authentication. Authentication is half way broken without certificate pinning as it is. But when you go to free you have lost control. Without payment you could have different people apply for the same certificate without proper checks.

  This will never work. You cannot have people who have not earned their reputation reviewing things.
  The majority of society is not qualified to tell when a politician is lying.
  Further there is too much to be gained in cheating this system and this lowers the price for them to do so.

  When so few people vote that points towards the fact that a majority sees the government as being illegitimate. Numerically it is. With 37% turnout and some races being close that means 20% affirmatively approve of the people in charge. 20% of eligible voters that is.
