Because of the misuse and abuse of responsibility and credibility as well as incompetence. The enforcement power of the D.E.A. should be removed and placed back into the hands of the state. A semi-secret elite police force within what is already a police state is way over the top. America does not need this throwback to the cold war era. These Federal offices have become a renegade haven of Authoritarian despots and tyrants commandeering and miss-directing hundreds of millions even billions into their drug war against citizens and likewise funding state police regimes both within the U.S. and worldwide. It is these federal agency's that have created the drug problem solely to commandeer funding and as their power base. Over sixty percent of D.E.A. employees go to work for the pharmaceutical industry. These renegade authoritarians need to be controlled or removed.

This is an Attorney General caught taking bribes from M.P.A..A, R.I.A.A. and others. Why is he not being prosecuted as the underhanded and corrupt villain he is?

EVERYTHING BUT THE GOOSESTEP. What next? Going into emergency rooms and arresting accident victims and doctors for using pain medication. The D.E.A. and the F.D.A. are becoming Americas version of the S.S. These out of control authoritarian sociopaths need to be restrained. Their methods have become so under-handed and unscrupulous that none should be allowed to bring a case to court. It is time for us all to stop the funding and the the untold billions they have miss-used, miss-appropriated and commandeered. The States don't need the D.E.A. I don't need the D.E.A. You don't need the D.E.A. We don't need the D.E.A. Nobody needs the D.E.A. Other countries that allow access to pain medication don't have a drug problem. The sooner the D.E.A. ,F.D.A. and other law enforcement groups are either controlled or redirected the sooner the drug problem will go away. The D.E.A. was a bad idea from the start and it has gotten worse. It is time to cut funding for their war on drugs which has turned into an all-out war on the American people that targets mostly pot smokers and the homeless and now doctors and anybody with enough wealth to take.

One of many judges or magistrates, this one called Judge Gabriel Gorenstein of New York has turned the court into circus act. These people are allowed to make undisputed rulings contrary to any and all American ideals,or even common sense, without any constitutional controls. Persons like this should be disbarred and driven from practicing law. Even ambulance chasers are more mindful of citizens rights. All his rulings need to be repealed. Like the greedy and corrupt corporate puppets who infest our political system, these greedy and corrupt judges infest our court rooms. There is no way to dispute their erroneous acts. The Boards who are supposed to oversee them are not doing their job.PLEASE HELP TO GET THESE VILLAINS WITH ROBES DISBARRED.

Who are these people that set themselves up like some Micro God demanding absolute blind obedience and offering total subjugation, deciding what is good for everyone. I object. The D.E.A.are a group of evil authoritarian sociopaths., Completely out of control and way over the top. Billions in public grant funds are being misdirected and commandeered by these Authoritarian Sociopaths. This is funds intended for the well being and benefit of the American people. Instead turned on the American people and used to buy entire weapons systems used for war,now targeting mostly pot smokers and the homeless and other victims. This theft of public funds must stop. The grant funding empowering them to make their war on the American people are funds taken from us all. The world had enough of these soulless creatures when the S.S. goosestepped onto the world stage during World War Two.
