For those who don't know: In 1989 Pepsi traded the collapsing USSR a bunch of soda for a bunch of warships and submarines making it, at least temporarily, the 6th largest navy in the world.
The local PD here in Charlotte NC moved to encrypted radios after they were caught gleefully brutalizing protestors during the George Floyd protests. They were recorded on their own radios and it was used against them, so they hid the radio transmissions, and still wonder why the public doesn't trust them. Go figure.
I enjoyed it. Ended my first run with a score of 1882 by focusing on the users within the framework of the law (except for Texas and Pakistan, who weirdly asked for essentially the same things but that never happens in real life).
