  i wonder if this criminal indictment came about due to his refusal to act like a sane person in his lawsuits.
  
  truth is other than posting contact info the truth is i see nothing wrong with his site. if you are foolish enough to give nudes to someone you should make sure they are mature enough to pull something like this if the relationship goes wrong.
  
  the old internet adage applies here:
  knowledge (or nude photos) is power, beware who you give that power to.

  sounds to me like the guy was wearing google glass and someone in theater decided to illegally pretend to a federal agent and illegally kidnap the man thinking he was recording the movie. not showing the card is him going to sue the theater.

  i have said it once and will say it again... they are going to do this until someone sues content id and the media companies falsely claiming copyright on others work getting the ridiculous punitive damages.
  
  if you claim in a dcma notice to own something someone else owns you open yourself to these damages. i eagerly wait to see someone hand themselves a serious whooping with the automated dcma's

  this is exactly why my friends jokingly calling me a troglodyte. i refuse to buy anything digital and when they ask me why i buy a physical copy of something. i tell them because i have legal rights to prevent the arse who distributes it from taking it from me and keeping my money.
  if i buy a comic or dvd physically, i have rights, if digital it's a theft waiting to happen.

  i know this is a novel idea and quite frankly i feel as though it makes me seem to others to be a mad man to say it. but why don't we teach our children to ignore bullying, to be emotionally strong in the face of adversity, instead of trying to legislate morality.

  Warner Brothers won't be laughing when lawyers realize that a false dcma claim is copyright infringement. one in which the infringer cannot deny they did it. after all they swore in a court document that they owned IP they didn't, then there will blood in the water and a feeding frenzy unlike anything ever seen.

  we are getting sooo close. all we need to make this stop is a leak saying that the bulk data program has access to the information of banks in the camen islands, Switzerland and all the other off shore tax havens. if you want the government to do something that's right and end this once and for all, the rich people need to be angry about this as well.

  and now you know why cell phones are being made where you can't take the batteries. formally if you wanted to "go dark" you'd take the battery out of the phone and that's that. you pop it back in when you make a call. but now they make the battery unable to be reached to prevent you from actually being able to turn off the phone physically. next comes the phones operating system having a remote trip switch so the phone makers, plan providers and the government to track you and suck up that all important location info and you can't stop them

  want to know why the usa has forty year old's living in their "mommies" spare room with their wife and kids? does anyone care to guess why this country has a huge gang problem amongst the kids and teens, it's connected and here's why. because they were coddled and told they were special, "they deserved" this or that, and spanking them or holding them accountable for their actions ooh no, that's child abuse.
  
  i went to school every day for three and a half years and got the crap kicked out of me by kids much much bigger than i was and guess what they never got punished. but i did for defending myself. i was held accountable at home and by the school for defending myself from a violent assault. i was raised to be punished for my own actions and not stand around saying "but but they did this...."
  
  a person is responsible for their own actions, if we prosecute teens and kids for crimes they committed saying they are competent enough to be put on trial, then we don't need to be prosecuting the parents. if Florida wants a new law then criminalize "the systematic abuse of prosecutorial discretion and the usage of criminal charges for political bias, religious bias, or electoral benefit."

  actually due to the court recently saying that patients cannot protect you from antitrust actions. the makers of open office can just sue microsoft for copy theft. even a fill in DCMA form explains your claiming copyright on the materials the link points to. microsoft is actually committing copy
  theft by filing these DCMA's.
  
  wasn't it Lasercomb America, Inc. v. Reynolds that said copyright misuse can be construed as violations of anti trust law

  i wish the studio had the money to file a copyright infringement claim for each one of those bogus DCMA notices. each separate claim or "infringement" would have the ridiculous damages making the studio billions, and then they could double dip by suing for anti competitive behavior.

  the reason the post office is unable to "turn a profit" is simply because the us post office is required to prepay health benefits for the great grandchildren of the great grandchildren of OUR great grand children's grandchildren. it's being used in a scheme to "lessen" the budget deficit and it's not something that should be done.

  would not do anything. in my area all broadband and utilities are pre determined thanks to exclusive rights contracts since before i was born. i live on a side of town which means i have to use THIS utility provider or none and i have a choice between one cable broadband provider or the one guy who gets to sell satellite.
