  What about non wikileaks copies?

  Even if wikileaks do expunge their copies (verry unlikely, I know) what about the people that have downloaded or copied the information from wikileaks.

  Even the independent dance labels are doing it, it can take 6 months for some DJs and producewa to release their songs.

  As much as EMI should, they are in large amounts of debt so probably can't afford to mount a legal case, shame.
