    yes, it's rooted (OMFG TEH COPYWRONG STORM TROOPERS AR BREAKING DOWN MY DOORS AnD WINDOWS! THEY AR GONNA TAEK ME AWAY!); I use the free version, which afaik won't block in-app ads. I'm not sure, tbh: but I'm happier with it than without.

    Under this so-called "law", there is no proof; there is no due process; there is no presumption of innocence. Therefore, it is merely a violation of the 5th, 6th, and 14th Amendments; and a massive shakedown by the **AAs to supplement their bottom lines, because they're just a bunch of thieves who have abused every tax loophole possible, bribed every dirty public official they could find, and bought as many "laws" as they could to extort money from ordinary people with the threat of a "letter", or "jail", or "no Internet".

    And by being their fluffers, bob and OOTB, you perpetuate the same CRIMES they are perpetuating, and their leashed sycophants the CRIMES they are committing perverting our laws into the joke they've become.

    The problem is that it's not about Google and their ads; it's about the CUSTOMER, who are those who use Google and their OS. If I don't want ads, I'm not going to deal with them in any way, because it's MY phone, not Google's. And if they don't like it, and they decide to screw with me (their customer), then they LOSE THAT CUSTOMER, potentially for good.

    That's the problem with Apple's app store, and their draconian control measures: they strive to tell US what to do with our phone, our apps, our money; and it's why we went elsewhere for our phones and services.

    Google needs to pull their collective heads out of their collective butts, and give us what we want, and pay for.
