It actually was proven that revenue and readership both increased when the New York Times got rid of their paywall and now they are saying the complete opposite.
Anybody who feels sorry if these big ad sponsored lose revenue needs to have their head examined as these big corporations are not like Mom and Pop stores where ads are their only source of income.
If it is their only source of income these corporations have their priorities of living screwed up and deserve to experience what it's like to live on the streets cold and hungry.
When are we going to stand up to these big greedy mega corporation monsters sucking our energy and soul?
Clinton/Bush and Obama have all done very good jobs at killing jobs and allowing corporations to sell our stuff overseas to avoid tax payments and allow big farms to screw Farmer Joe and his friends not to mention poison him with the GM food.

There needs to be two versions of online news.
