I am not a down loader or streamer, I am a game player and I find I have to turn my automatic updates off until I wake up in the 5am hr. to download them and if I don't make it, they have to wait for another day. I find this cap crazy, bull., money hungry monopoly. I would also like to say, when I do the off peak, they do not touch that, they hit my anytime bytes, go figure.
