Why would anyone want to program another app again? A company could never forecast what the eventual costs would be for all of the users they may or may not get. Every company in the US would go back to offering services through webpages and say FU to phone apps, something Apple I am sure would be a little concerned about.
Where was the risk? Who would expect this to happen considering there was no indication that jotform or a company like this was at risk of being shutdown.
Jotform was a solid service provider and could do what we needed at a fraction of the cost and resources that would involve a programmer. So by your reasoning we should not outsource anything and it would look like especially to the US.
We are a multi-million dollar Canadian company that has been using Jotform.com on our website to receive customer inquires. Now I will ensure that I look for a company that does the same thing but is not located in the US in any way.
As a Canadian I can honestly say that I am getting concerned by all of the "security" laws and how the people placed in the position of power are acting in the US. Your government and police forces seem to be more concerned about controlling your population than it is about protecting your freedoms.
You should never be afraid of your government or police force but I can honestly say when in your country I am afraid of your "security" personel.
However your military is the complete opposite and have total respect for, they are some of the nicest people I have ever met.

Really? Any intelligent person would just create a free blog and place the link on that site, not too hard to do and does not block your own site.
