It would be nice to see someone take Pai at his word and have the SEC start an investigation into the investor calls where the CFO's "lied" about the affect Title II would have. Once they conclude they were not actually lying, Wyden can smack Pai upside his head with the report.
I know nothing of corporate tax law, but wouldn't all these "companies" in east Texas be required to pay taxes? I would think these counties would be flush with cash from all the settlements and jury awards.
